customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our
products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Food product notice: Our products are food items intended for human consumption. Natural
variations in color, aroma, taste, and sediment may occur between harvests and bottles; this is a
normal characteristic of authentic, first cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and is not a defect. Always
read the label on the bottle you receive before consumption, and store the product as directed (away
from heat and light).

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or
jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the
quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject
to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or
cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include
orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use
the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all
purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information,
including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete
your transactions and contact you as needed.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable
sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address as required by

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us (or
our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of
your order, including taxes and shipping.

Your payment information is processed through a PCI-compliant payment processor.

We do not store full payment card numbers.
